Simon Westaway | Strategy Director
Part of the Royce team since 2019, Simon brings over 25-years of senior executive experience via some of Australia’s most prominent organisations including the Qantas Group, BHP, Tourism Australia, Orica and Medibank Private.
Through his depth of international and Australasian corporate and government engagement he has delivered on numerous projects and initiatives and brings that level of experience to the benefit of our Royce client base.
Simon has previously headed two Australian industry bodies and is well-attuned to business and sectorial needs.
Through his executive roles he made a demonstrable impact in public affairs, government relations, corporate and industry strategy and regulatory outcomes.
He is Royce’s key representative in Federal and State Government matters.
Simon was appointed by the Federal Tourism Minister in 2022 to the THRIVE 2030 Implementation Advisory Group (TIAG), to help oversee Australia’s existing long-term tourism and visitor economy strategy – THRIVE 2030.
He is also a director of Mornington Peninsula Regional Tourism.
Adi Stevens | Strategy Director
Adi Stevens has been part of the RoyceComm team since 2017.
During her time at RoyceComm, she has supported the development of a wide range of communication and brand strategies, working with clients across various industries including education, health, government, travel and the arts.
Adi began her career in the legal industry, practising as a solicitor in Melbourne for more than seven years, working as a commercial litigator at firms including Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and Maddocks.
Adi then took on a marketing role in barristers’ chambers at the Victorian Bar.
Denise Serpanchy | Executive Assistant to MD
Denise joined RoyceComm in 2004. Her extensive administration background ensures she is well placed to assist with day-to-day tasks ranging from general administration to presentation design and client liaison.
Denise works directly for the Managing Director and provides support to maintain the operational efficiency of the RoyceComm office.
