Jono is passionate about helping clients get to where they need to be.
With over twelve years of strategic communications experience, Jono has worked for a wide range of clients on high profile and complex issues including some of world's largest corporations, to smaller companies, start-ups and not-for-profit organisations.
He believes in the powerful combination of purpose, strategy, leadership and storytelling to drive the culture and performance found in all great businesses and brands today.
Jono takes a holistic and integrated approach to his work to deliver communications and engagement strategy, narrative development, positioning, content strategy and creation, issues and crisis management, strategy workshops and facilitation.
Prior to his career in consulting, Jono gained a Bachelor of Communications from Monash University and trained as an actor at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.
David McNamara

David has worked within the communications industry for well over a decade and has a proven ability to manage complex issues and provide strategic communications advice under pressure.
His diverse career path has instilled an ability to be professionally agile and able to adapt to changing circumstances when advising CEOs, industry leaders and politicians.
After initially starting in journalism and media management in professional sport, David became a Senior Adviser in the Victorian Government for the Deputy Premier and Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change before beginning his career in consulting.
Prior to this, David completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Monash University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Journalism at Deakin University.
Throughout this time David has managed communications and media engagement across a variety of industries including energy, superannuation, technology, education, infrastructure, professional sport and major government projects.
David is a passionate storyteller, he is driven by the challenge of communicating complex stories and navigating difficult issues, as well as building lasting relationships with his clients.
